All information received is kept in a folder in a password protected e-mail account and a password protected calendar on a password protected computer/phone. Any information given is strictly for the intended artist/s to enable us to carry out the required booking.

Making a booking couldn't be easier. Once we have confirmed our availability you are required to pay a deposit to secure your date and complete a booking form listing all your details, giving as much information as possible to help us assist you on your wedding day.

Please be aware that a non - refundable booking fee of £15 will be required which will be redeemed against your trial only.

Once this form has been fully completed, and deposit & booking fee is made (details will be sent) then the work can begin!
